Solution overview
The line combines the packing stages vegetables need at the end of a process: gentle infeed, automatic pillow or cling-film wrapping, real-time weighing, printing and labeling, and orderly collection of finished packs.
Two wrapping directions are available — cling film around trays for shelf-ready presentation, or pillow-bag packing for sealed portions — selected with the product and market.

Infeed Conveying
Belt and chain conveyor options present fresh produce to the wrapping station — both tray-held and loose product are supported.
Primary Packaging
A fully automatic pillow packaging machine or cling film wrapping machine detects each item's size automatically and completes sealing and cutting in one step.
Weight, Price and Traceability
The integrated machine weighs each pack dynamically, prints the label in real time and applies it automatically without touching the product.
Orderly Collection
The rotary table with side guards collects finished packs in an orderly ring, protecting them from stacking damage and impacts.
