Working Process
Feed
Products enter on the infeed conveyor — belt type for tray products, chain type for tray-less produce; trays of different sizes can share the same batch with no pre-sorting.
Detect
Each tray's dimensions are detected individually with no presets, and the tray moves into the wrapping station with matching parameters.
Wrap, seal and tuck
The machine pulls stretch film around the product, seals at constant temperature, cuts with the precision blade and tucks the edges for a tight, neat finish.
Weigh and label
Wrapped packs discharge on the outfeed conveyor and can pass straight to a weigh-price-labeling machine for automatic weighing, printing and labeling.

Do trays need to be pre-sorted by size?
No — trays of different dimensions can run on the same belt at the same time. The machine detects each tray's size independently and adjusts automatically; no values are set by hand.
Does it work without trays?
Yes — loose vegetables run on a chain infeed while tray products (fruit clamshells, meat trays) use a belt infeed. Choose the infeed that matches your product; wrapping quality is the same either way.
What are the size and weight limits?
Products from 120–350 mm long, 95–250 mm wide and 10–130 mm high (tray base up to 50 mm), weighing 50 g to 4.5 kg. The maxima cannot be combined simultaneously — we test with actual samples before confirming.
Can it connect to weighing and labeling?
Yes — the outfeed conveyor couples directly with a weigh-price-labeling machine, forming a wrapping → weighing → printing → labeling line with no manual handling.
