Working Process
Vortex wash
Three adjustable water jets circulate product in the tank while the drum screen supports submersion and removes floating debris.
Spray rinse and vibratory dewater
A high-pressure spray rinse follows washing, then the vibratory section removes surface water while conveying product forward.
Discharge to the next stage
Clean, surface-dewatered product can move to drying, sorting, packing or another matched downstream process.

FAQ
Can it handle baby spinach and other delicate leaves?
The vortex washing action is designed for delicate leafy vegetables using controlled water flow rather than mechanical squeezing. Final suitability should be confirmed against the material and target process.
How are washing intensity and product speed adjusted?
The vortex flow adjustment handle changes water speed, direction and trajectory. The water-flow control valve adjusts supply pressure and can be used to influence product movement through the tank.
What does the water recirculation system include?
The configured system uses a drum screen, fine-particle collection screen and bottom sedimentation components before water is recirculated to the washing tank.
Is ultrasonic cleaning available?
Yes. Ultrasonic cleaning is available as an optional configuration for projects that require an additional cleaning step.
What power supply is required?
The machine can be configured for the local voltage requirement and supports 50 or 60 Hz frequency. Share the destination voltage during the inquiry stage.
