Centrifugal dewatering machineDrying equipment
Centrifugal Dewatering Machine
A continuous centrifugal dewatering machine that removes surface moisture from washed produce in seconds, with variable speed control and automatic feed/discharge conveyors.
Applications
- Fresh-cut salad and shredded vegetables
- French fry production (before frying)
- Ready-to-eat meal preparation
- Industrial catering and food service
Features
- High-speed centrifugal actionRemoves surface water quickly and efficiently, reducing drying time and improving downstream product quality.
- Variable speed controlA frequency inverter sets both dewatering time and rotating speed (0–1440 rpm) to suit each product type.
- Continuous operationAutomatic feeding and discharging via dual conveyor belts keep the flow uninterrupted for high-volume processing.
- Stable and safeSmooth running with minimal vibration; all contact parts are food-grade stainless steel.
- Gentle on productUp to 820G of centrifugal acceleration separates water while remaining gentle enough for delicate leafy vegetables.

Working Process
Automatic feeding
Raw materials enter continuously via the upper conveyor belt, with precise timing and quantity controls for a consistent feed rate.
Centrifugal dehydration
The drum spins at high speed, generating up to 820G of centrifugal acceleration that separates water through the perforated walls while retaining the solids.
Automated discharge
Dewatered product transitions to the lower conveyor belt, transferring nonstop to packaging, frying, freezing or mixing.

FAQ
How dry will the product be?
Speed and cycle time are adjustable (0–1440 rpm) to match the product's tenderness and moisture content, so results are tuned per material and confirmed with your produce.
Is it suitable for soft leafy products?
Yes — the adjustable speed keeps the action gentle enough to avoid bruising or leaf breakage, even for delicate leafy vegetables.
Can it connect to my existing line?
The inlet and outlet conveyors link directly to upstream washing and downstream packaging, frying or freezing stages.
