Working Process
Gravity feed
Fruit falls into the mold cavities from the sloped conveyor; a brush returns any unseated fruit for a second attempt so every position is filled.
Flatten and pit
Each fruit is pressed flat for uniform orientation, then 20 stainless needles punch down and remove the pit — the heart of the 99.94% pitting rate.
Score or fill (optional)
Cutting blades open the pitted cavity for stuffing with walnuts or almonds — date-stuffed nut products in the same pass.
Eject and separate
Finished fruit is ejected onto the discharge conveyor while pits and unpitted fruit leave through separate outlets; a vibrating sorter rejects undersized fruit.

FAQ
Which fruits can it pit?
Dates (Medjool, Deglet Noor) at 15–30 mm, winter and red jujubes, cherries and olives — any stone fruit from 12 to 40 mm. Mold hole sizes are customized to your fruit.
Can it do more than pitting?
Yes — by changing molds and cutting tools the machine scores (for sugar absorption or stuffing), slices (for drying or freezing) and fills nuts such as walnuts and almonds.
What happens to undersized or unpitted fruit?
A vibrating sorter removes undersized fruit before processing, and three separate outlets keep finished fruit, pits and unpitted fruit from mixing.
What if the machine jams?
The PLC detects the blockage and automatically reverses to clear it; a hinged observation window makes checks and adjustments easy.
