Working Process

  1. Feeding

    Fruits enter the peeling channel formed between the rubber rollers and the upper pressing roller assembly.

  2. Gentle compression and rubbing

    The pressing roller applies gentle downward pressure while the lower rollers rotate, loosening the peel from the flesh.

  3. Peel and flesh separation

    Through six roller sets, the peel strips away without damaging the pulp; peel waste exits separately.

  4. Discharge

    Peeled fruit is collected for pitting, juicing or canning.
