Working Process
Feed
Products enter on the conveyor, centered between the top and bottom applicator heads.
Detect
A sensor confirms product position and triggers both label rolls at the same moment.
Apply both sides
The facing heads press a label onto the top and bottom surfaces in the same pass — placement holds to ±1 mm.
Discharge
Double-labeled products continue to collection or the next station of the packing line.
