Working Process
Conveyor infeed
A 3-meter belt conveyor presents potatoes to the dosing weigher — height customizable, usable alone or line-integrated.
Twin-belt dosing
The big belt fills coarsely, the small belt trims to the target weight — 50 L hopper, high-precision load cell.
Clamped weighing
The bag clamp device holds the bag upright so filling and weighing run hands-free.
Sewing and discharge
A single-line sewing machine closes the bag at 1–16 m/min with sewing height adjustable 400–900 mm.
