Mesh Bag Clipping Machine

A fully automatic mesh bag packing machine: from product infeed it forms the net bag from roll stock, tightens the mouth, applies a wine-goblet paper label and closes it with a metal clip — 25–30 bags per minute at 0.5–2.5 kg.

Applications

  • Potato, onion and garlic mesh bag packing
  • Citrus, tomato and sweet potato net bags
  • Solid produce and other solid materials in mesh bags
  • Weighing and packaging lines with multihead or combination weighers

Features

  • Fully automatic seal and labelOnce product is fed in, the machine seals the mesh bag and clips the label automatically — mesh feed, tightening, label feed, wire feed and clip cutting run in one sequence.
  • 25–30 bags/minContinuous output at 0.5–2.5 kg per bag, matched to the throughput of an upstream multihead or combination weigher.
  • Label clipped into the sealA wine-goblet shaped paper label (C/PAP laminated, die-cut roll) is applied automatically — brand and produce information travel on every bag.
  • All consumables roll-fedLDPE mesh roll, paper label roll and FE40 iron wire roll — quick changeovers and low running cost.
  • Rotating double-hopper feedingThe rotating twin-hopper infeed keeps product flowing evenly into the bag without manual handling.
  • Line-readyConnects with elevators, multihead weighers, combination weighers and rotary tables to form a complete weighing and packaging line.

Working Process

  1. Feed and weigh

Product arrives from the elevator or multihead weigher; the rotating double hopper presents it to the bagging position at an even rate.

  2. Form and fill

Metered mesh feed pulls LDPE roll stock and forms the bag around the product, tightening the mesh to the load.

  3. Seal, clip and label

Wire is fed and cut to close the bag mouth with a metal clip while the wine-goblet label is applied automatically.

  4. Discharge and collect

Finished, labeled bags discharge to a conveyor or rotary collection table, ready for case packing.

FAQ

What materials does the machine consume?

Three roll-fed consumables: LDPE polyethylene mesh (roll stock), C/PAP laminated paper labels (die-cut roll, wine-goblet shape) and FE40 iron clip wire (roll stock).

How fast does it pack, and at what weights?

25–30 bags per minute at 0.5–2.5 kg per bag — throughput that matches an upstream multihead or combination weigher.

Can it connect to weighing equipment?

Yes. It integrates with elevators, multi-head weighers, combination weighers and rotary tables to form a complete weighing and packaging production line.

Which products suit mesh bag packing?

Solid produce packs best: potatoes, onions, garlic, citrus fruits, tomatoes and sweet potatoes, plus other solid materials.

Is 25–30 bags/min the only speed available?

No. The standard build runs 25–30 bags per minute at 0.5–2.5 kg, and a slower 10–15 bags/min configuration is also used in fixed-weight net bag lines. Configurations differ slightly by supply source, so tell us the bag weight and bags per minute you need and we will confirm the matching build.
