FAQ
How many operators are needed?
Only one. The machine automatically feeds, counts, packs, ties and labels.
Can the packaging quantity be adjusted?
Yes, from 3 to 8 cloves per bag. Other quantities are available upon request.
What happens if the mesh bag runs out?
The machine alarms and stops; the spare drum rotates to continue production, so the empty drum can be replaced without stopping the line.
Is the label applied automatically?
Yes — the servo-driven label feeder applies each label precisely, fully enclosed inside the buckle.
